The CES key with code B6281-1 is common in lifts, elevators and escalators, especially those made by Schindler and Kone. You are much more likely to find this type of key in continental Europe than in the UK or USA, but the key does show up now and again in these countries.
The code is usually written on the key, split across two lines (B6281 at the top and 1 underneath).
