How long does delivery usually take?

Can I track my order during shipping?
The only delivery options that come with a tracking number are:
- Royal Mail Special Delivery (within the UK)
- Royal Mail Tracked Delivery (EU1 and EU2 zones)
- UPS Delivery (all UPS services come with a tracking number)
Can I change the shipping address after I've placed my order?
At checkout you can input a delivery and invoice address.
If you mistakenly provide the wrong delivery address, send us an email on help@welovekeys.co.uk or call us on (+44) 020 7608 0809 providing your order number. If your order has not been despatched yet, we will be able to update the delivery address accordingly.
