Internationally: The delivery time for international orders with Royal Mail varies depending on the destination country and the service you choose. However, most packages typically arrive within 5-7 business days for European destinations and 7-10 business days for the rest of the world.

    How long does delivery usually take?

    Our delivery times can vary depending on a number of factors.

    Domestic deliveries with Royal Mail can take between 1 to 7 business days from despatch, while international deliveries can take between 5 to 10 business days.

    UPS is usually faster, with delivery times ranging from 1 to 4 business days.

    Can I track my order during shipping?

    The only delivery options that come with a tracking number are:

    • Royal Mail Special Delivery (within the UK)
    • Royal Mail Tracked Delivery (EU1 and EU2 zones)
    • UPS Delivery (all UPS services come with a tracking number)

    Can I change the shipping address after I've placed my order?

    At checkout you can input a delivery and invoice address.

    If you mistakenly provide the wrong delivery address, send us an email on help@welovekeys.co.uk or call us on (+44) 020 7608 0809 providing your order number. If your order has not been despatched yet, we will be able to update the delivery address accordingly.
