ABUS Key-Code Cards

Do you have a card? Have you lost your card? Either way, you’re in the right place!

Many ABUS locks come with a code card. This looks a lot like a credit or debit card. It’s usually blue and has the ABUS logo marked on (see photo on the right).

Furthermore and most importantly, the code card has a code number written on. From this number we can copy most ABUS keys, even if you’ve lost all your keys. Pretty neat, right?

Simply find your type of key from our range of ABUS keys, type in the code number on your card, and we’ll do the rest. We can normally cut ABUS keys on a same-day basis.

What if I don’t have my ABUS code card?

In many cases it’s really not the end of the world if you don’t have a code card.

First of all, many ABUS keys have code numbers marked on them. If this is the case, just tell us the code number and we can get cracking.

In the case of some keys—especially ABUS Plus and ABUS X-Plus keys for Granit locks—there’s no number written on the key itself, but we’d be able to ‘read’ the cuts in the key from a few good quality photos, taken from various angles, and can thereby make replacement keys for you.
